• Before you read the 6th chapter:
Predict what Alex tells Tom when he meets him
for the first time after 16 years?•
In my opinion,Alex will be very nervous
that he see his father after 16 years.
Is a long time and I think,Alex will
learn more about him.
He is curious.
Or not?
Alex is a little bit angry,that Tom didn't write a letter
or visited him, but in this situation , I think , he
doesn't say a word about these feeling ,because
he will forget it in the dialogue.
What do you think?

First what I think is, Katharina, that you meaned confused and not curious. ;-)
In the other things, I agree with you, that Alex was very shocked, when his father standed in the audience.
I would feel so, too! and 16 years are very long......
